Assignment Instructions:

Prepare a paper using APA format and headings. Choose an organization from your research or that you are familiar with and identify a problem the organization faces. Research what the organization is doing currently about the problem.

Using your skills from week 1, write a paper explaining your organization in the Introduction, identify the problem in another heading, describe your observations of their problem solving approach to the problem, give alternative actions or missed steps, and draw your conclusions for a successful outcome.

Support your paper with the required reading articles for this week and at least two other researched sources.
