Chapter 4 discusses three specific policing frameworks, Problem Oriented Policing, Community Oriented Policing and Com-Stat.  After reading the chapter provide the following:

1. Summarize each framework in short narrative.
2. Compare and contrast the three frameworks. What are the strengths and weaknesses of each?
3. In a post 9/11 world which of these frameworks makes the most since.
4. What strengths does ILP offer that tese frameworks might not, if any?
