Use the Internet and Basic Search:  To research a health care organization in my community here in  Jacksonville, Florida, USA. 

Respond to the following 2 Questions:

· What are some internal and external barriers to the health care organization’s mission, vision,

and values?

· Why is it important to understand and be able to articulate these characteristics about an

organization you want to work for.
