Week 14 Discussion - ERM and Use Cases

Chapters 13 and 14 described two organizations(TD Bank & Zurich Insurance Group ) ERM implementation. Explain how these ERM implementations are similar or different. Also describe if you would implement the same ERM or done something different. Do you think their ERM implementation would be successful in the next  years.
