Review the blog post by Statistic Solutions titled “How to find a quantitative survey instrument for your dissertation study”. In addition to the tips offered in the article, surveys and questionnaires can also be located via a Google search of social science instrument databases. One excellent resource is the University of Colorado’s INN database. https://inn.theorizeit.org/Details/Variable/145. Another option is the WikiBook Handbook of Management Scales Training located at https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Handbook_of_Management_Scales.

Locate at least two survey instruments that might assess your research topic (if you are considering a qualitative method locate a similar or related topic). Provide an assessment of the validity and reliability of each two survey instruments, making sure to explain these concepts relative to the instrument you have selected.
