Read From Inquiry to Academic Writing Ch. 7 “From Summary to Synthesis” pgs. 156-186.  Read carefully the student writer Nancy Paul's ess'ay "A Greener Approach to Groceries: Community-Based Agriculture in LaSalle Square" pgs. 187-198.
