If you're using Chat GPT or any other AI to write your YellowDig posts, please stop. Filing academic misconduct reports is extremely time consuming and emotionally draining for me. I'm not asking you to do any really strenuous mental processes in putting together your YellowDig posts. I just want YOUR thoughts on the current course material and to connect what we're studying to other things. You can post links to articles or videos you find online. You can post memes. I'm even okay with you posting quotes as long as you provide a context, link, and give proper credit to the author.
Comment about it:
This week, we're covering autonomy. You'll be reading chapter 9 (please use my notes as a guide but do take your own more detailed notes)
Side note: I don't know about you all but, around week 10 of the semester, I tend to feel exhausted and my motivation starts to drop off. I feel like I'm behind on everything and I can feel the stress building up and know I need to do some self-care. For me, that's going for a walk, listening to meditation on Calm or Healthy Minds, coloring, or meeting up with friends. As an FIU student, I'd go for aromatherapy or my free weekly massage at the health and wellness center on campus or hit a spin class at the gym. It might be also be a good idea to check out PantherConnect ( https://fiu.campuslabs.com/engage/events Links to an external site. ) and find some events to help you connect with other FIU students and the university community. The Healthy Living Program has all kinds of virtual events listed. If you're feeling tired, unmotivated, and stressed, connecting with others can be helpful.
