1. What does diversity mean to you class? What are some of the different ways that diversity is constructed in our society? 

2. you will need to be able to think about your own cultural attributes. For example, I might say that I am a mom, a woman, a wife, a teacher, I'm white, I'm middle-class, and I live in Indiana. All of these factors affect how people view me and they also affect how I might interact with others.

What are some of your cultural attributes and how do they affect how people see you and how you see others?
