Based on your reading this week, and specifically chapter 1, write a 2-page max summary of the budgeting process along with a focus one or two key challenges healthcare organizations face with budgeting and how they address these challenges.  Use at least two references from the research literature (published journal articles, not websites or blogs) to explain how healthcare organizations address these challenges.

Your paper should be well-written and APA style.  You should spend no more than 1-2 paragraphs on your summary and the rest discussing the 1-2 challenges facing healthcare organizations and how they address these challenges from the literature.
