Part 1: Project Definition

Compose a brief business proposal for a B2C e-commerce website. You may choose to sell any product or service of your interest.  Write a one to two page (max) summary (font size 12, line spacing 1.5) with the following sections:

Executive Summary: Summary of your business, operations and finance – 5 lines max.

Company Description: Business description defining an opportunity or a problem solution.

Market Analysis: Market opportunity identifying the potential customers.

Organization & Management: Organization structure required to manage the business operations.

Products & Services: What are the products or services customers/consumers will purchase?

Marketing & Sales: Define marketing and sales strategy to reach prospective customers.

Financial Projections: Estimated sales revenue & expenses over next 3 years.

Funding Requirements: Investment required for next 3 years.
