Watershed Event Paper

   Prepare and submit through the Turnitin link below a 5 – 7 page paper that applies Bridge’s transition model to event a Watershed event: a critical event that marked a significant change for you personally and/or professionally. The paper should (1) briefly describe the watershed event and why it was different from other changes, (2) analyze your transitions through endings, the neutral zone and new beginnings, and (3) reflect on three insights you gained that will enable you to more effectively facilitate change in the workplace.  Support your analysis with two or more scholarly sources.
