1. Is this something we should live with?

2. Cities like San Francisco have banned these systems to protect privacy. Should they be banned? 

3. Is there a policy that you would recommend to protect privacy? (do some research to backup your answer).Use outside sources, including citations, and write a 1-2 page paper.

All these topic reports will be run through an originality testing system so please ensure you are not just “Googling” the answer and are producing your own work. Be sure to cite any outside sources.  Avoid Wikipedia.
