Use the following screenshots (or download the mpp file) of a hybrid sample project to guide your responses to the two prompts below. In a Word document, answer the following questions.

Prompt 1:

A hybrid project is a project that has both traditional and agile methodologies in one project. Why would organizations need to combine both methodologies? Elaborate using the sample screenshots of the hybrid sample project. For instance, what could be the reason that the project manager for the sample project prefers to apply a hybrid methodology rather than a pure traditional methodology? Answer in not less than 100 words. You can use open sources with references. (25 points)

Prompt 2:

There are three main screens that project managers use to manage agile-embedded (hybrid or pure agile) projects—sprint backlog, product backlog, and performance dashboard. Review the following three screenshots and identify one term from each screen that is unique to agile methodologies and not typically used in traditional project management. For each term, write approximately 100 words explaining its purpose, how it functions within the agile framework, and how it affects the project manager’s approach to planning and execution. Use open sources and include references where applicable. Answer in not less than 100 words for each, 300 words in total. You can use open sources with references. (75 points)
