Once you reach your customer you must ensure that they are satisfied with your product/service. Feedback from your customers help in the creation of an advertising message that is appropriate and directive.

1. Create a 1-page customer satisfaction survey. (Use Microsoft Word and attach to this discussion.)
2. In your discussion posting, explain the various sections in the customer satisfaction. (Why were the sections included? What do you hope to understand from the feedback in those sections?)
