Introduction

Knowing your culture intelligence is critical in the global world we live in. Understanding, accepting and celebrating our differences makes our lives both professionally and personally more rewarding. 

Initial Post Instructions

Chapter 6 – How do you fit the design? A cultural assessment tool relative to cultural intelligence and behaviors. Complete the assessment. Describe your overall thoughts upon completion of the assessment. Post your overall score. Outline two areas that you will focus on to increase your overall assessment. 

Finally, research and post a tool that companies may be using to access their own workforce readiness. This can be training, an assessment tool etc. Post within your response for other students to be able to review.
