Choosing an LMS for an organization can be a daunting experience. There are many variables that need to be taken into account when weighing all of the options. Select one (1) organization of your choice and imagine that you are choosing an LMS for the organization. In thinking about the strategy that will provide the best information to make a decision:
- Describe what your selected organization is about (e.g., size, industry, main business, etc.)
- Outline the main process that you would use to narrow the search to two (2) different LMSs. Provide a brief explanation of why you chose this approach.
- Determine the key elements that are the most important for your LMS choice. Explain the rationale for your response.
