Choose a target population from chapter 2 being served by our human services system. In order to serve all those in need in times of shrinking funds develop a case as to why your chosen population should be the recipient of available funding.

This should be no less than 2-pages, double-spaced. Organize your paragraphs (a paragraph consists of 5 sentences). You will also need a cover page. Include 3 references (using APA 7th edition formatting) other than the text-book to support your claims.
