 The purpose of an “Employee Bill of Rights” is to establish guidelines for the fair and just treatment of workers at organizations.  Please review all of your clauses- do all refer to rights (or obligations) of the employee? What is the difference? Why is it important to differentiate? Do the clauses set forth in this posting constitute the type of guidelines required in an "Employee Bill of Rights"?
