   • How to encourage shared decision making and communication strategies
   • Detail how teachers in the single grade level or department professional learning community will use walk-throughs as a strategy for continuous improvement .
   • Include a walk-through instrument and the explanation of how it connects to professional development and strategic plan of the school.
