Video Presentation

 

Clearly conveying the benefits of Agile to upper management can greatly influence a company’s workflow, potentially shifting it from inefficient, outdated processes to more streamlined and effective practices. For this assignment, imagine that you have been tasked with making a presentation to the upper management of the company for which you work for exactly that purpose. 

To complete this assignment, you must create a video presentation no more than three (3) minutes long that highlights the benefits of Agile versus other methodologies. (The purpose of the time limit for this presentation is for you to be concise, organized, and still demonstrate how the concepts are connected in a meaningful way.) Your presentation should include an explanation of how your understanding of Agile is enhanced or made better by your exposure to Lean and Design Thinking and other Agile frameworks.

Your presentation of information should be thoughtful and organized, including an introduction and conclusion. Your presentation must include PowerPoint slides to help in communicating your thoughts. Your PowerPoint file must be submitted along with the recorded video presentation.

Both you and your PowerPoint slides must be visible throughout the video.
