Capstone Project Venn Diagram and Outline

In order to better prepare you to complete the capstone project, I am looking for students to create an outline along with a Venn diagram to better organize their thoughts, analysis, and work.

This is a key step to prepare to navigate and design your capstone project.  

Here is how you will complete this assignment.  

· First, create a shortlist of 15 to 30 key course themes and terms 

· Second, process how the climate and culture are within your selected firm

· Third create a short list of key themes from  Adrift: American In 100 Charts

· Fourth create a short list of problems in relationship to human relations, diversity & inclusion, and inclusivity you have observed or anticipate may be an issue or problem in your selected firm

· Five start to put your ideas together 

· Six break or frame these ideas into a couple of themes 

· Seven create a Venn Diagram  

· Eight for your Venn Diagram create a short abstract of 50 to 75 words. Next using (15-20) words/ideas introduce what you are trying to do via your Venn Diagram

· Nine add a narrative of 125-175 words providing additional context into your strategy along with planning how you can address and change human relations along with diversity and inclusion-based behaviors in your selected organization
