The effectiveness and efficiency of the service delivery in this environment can be facilitated by taking good care of the nursing practitioners as the primary stakeholders of embracing the change. It is evident from research that the atmosphere and conditions in the healthcare facilities impact profoundly on patient outcomes. Therefore, it will be essential to work on the negative dynamics and reinforce the positive ones on the facility's working environment. The opportunity to work in a healthy environment will improve the practitioners' efficiency because patient service provision will be the only thing that concerns them.
