Patient is a 85 y/o female, who came for consultation with symptoms of bronchitis, she was complaining od cough, productive with yellowish secretion, nasal congestion, mild headache, and chills a few days ago. On the physical examination there was presence of mild ronchi on lung basesbilaterally. COVID-19 and flu test were performed at office and was negative. We started on Z-pack, cough syrup, tylenol prn pain or fever, continue wit OTC medications. We will reevaluate if needed in 1 week.
