Urban studies research paper

I need a research paper of 7 pages . the 6th page being the reference page need at least 5 references . the 7th page is a break down of each part being described in my research paper. this 7th page will be given to students as I introduce the project. so each topic should contain a small summary. 

This is for an urban studies class: the topic I'm going with is "Homeless in L.A"
