Update Schedule Documents and Prepare Risk Analysis of Compressed Schedule

Submit updated Gantt charts and network/PERT diagrams for the original schedule as well as the expedited schedule based on instructor feedback. Describe the risks and benefits of the original schedule as well as the revised schedule. The purpose of the project is to implement and train healthcare practitioners of the local clinic on EHR (electronic health records) systems.
