In Week 1, you focused on the components of a good argument and the topic and stance you will take for your argument paper. This week, you continue the writing process and develop an effective thesis statement and topic sentences for each of the body paragraphs in your paper. All the information you include in your argument will be based on research. You will focus on using information literacy skills to justify the research you select based on its timeliness, relevance, and credibility, and you will document your research sources using APA formatting.
