What factors stimulated the unprecedented industrial and agricultural growth in the late nineteenth century?  What roles did leading entrepreneurs such as John D. Rockefeller, J. Pierpont Morgan, Andrew Carnegie, and others play?  Your response must be based on information in Chapter 17 of the textbook.
