  The topic of this paper will address the long-term financial outcomes of employee layoffs and healthcare coverage reductions. It should reflect the results of your independent research. In your essay, be sure to include the following:  how employee attitudes impact organizational success,  the connection between employee attitudes and employee absenteeism and turnover,  the financial outcomes of employee layoffs,  the risk of cutting employee healthcare,  employee healthcare costs and reductions,  the impact of the staffing supply chain, and  measure HR using more than cost-based frameworks.
