Have you ever worked for an employer with an active safety program?  What was the basis for that program? Did it follow specific safety  regulations, such as those set forth by the Occupational Safety and  Health Administration (OSHA)?

If you have not worked for an employer with a safety program, how  would you create one to make sure it was compliant with OSHA  regulations?
