During this unit you will study human resources and human resource management.   I believe that one of the most valuable assets that an organization has is their employees and its most important investment.   It is important for them to obtain the most talented people to accomplish the goals and fit in with the culture of the organization.  In unit IV you studied marketing it is certainly important for marketing to have the right people and talent to accomplish successful marketing.
