Please note that there are two posts needed to successfully complete the discussion board assignment. An initial post addressing the discussion board topic is due by end of day Saturday. A response post to at least one other student is due by end of day Tuesday.

Besides feedback during an evaluation, what other measures can you employ to facilitate employee improvement when there are noted deficiencies? Offer three options, and explain which you feel would work best, and explain why.  

Initial post to be a minimum of 500 words and at least one supporting reference. Posts to others should be a minimum of 250 words.
