Reflect on a project that you were involved in or one of which you have knowledge. What techniques were used to determine the activity durations? Were the activity durations basically a guess based on subject matter expertise, or was a formula used to calculate the activity durations? Why was this method chosen? Was it an accurate measure of activity durations? Why, or why not?
