• Answer questions 3, 5, 6 on page 274 in your Supply Chain Network Design text.
• Consider a project that requires changes to the network design but the project requires a great deal of effort to collect the data you are missing as indicated in problem 3, and some simulations as indicated in problem 5.  
  • Your budget is tight and the stakeholders are demanding cost reductions to improve profitability and stock pricing.
  • How do you present this issue to the board and upper management?
