Write a 5–7 page, detailed analysis of the community's readiness for the community collaboration. Follow the format of the TOWS analysis as your guide.

For this assignment, you will:

• Apply theories and practices of collaboration between community and government.
• Assess methods of citizen involvement and advocacy in collaborative efforts.
• Assess the community being analyzed for aspects of problem complexity, stakeholder participation, obstacles, tangible results, and acknowledgement of success.
• Analyze the importance of information, constructive communications, shared concerns, and process design within the TOWS construct.
• Support your ideas with properly cited peer-reviewed sources.
