Equal Protection and Equal Access 

• Read the case located in Chapter 8 of Stader’s text entitled In All Fairness, which mentions school desegregation, enrollment of illegal immigrant students, and limited access to college prep courses, causing limited  access to higher education. Select one of these issues (or another of your choice) that are impacted by the constitutional principles of equal protection and equal access under the law. Write about it an situation noted in your experience in which equal protection and/or equal access were applied in determining a solution.  Reference applicable court cases.  Mention the applicable NELP standards that influence administrative actions in these issues.
