What strategy would you use to avoid violating any  regulations as outlined in the Commissions Green Marketing Guide and  described on the FTC webpage http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/   Draft a 500-word  memorandum, using APA format and appropriate research support, to the  CEO of Y Corporation explaining how you would propose to resolve the  matter and what strategy you would have in place to address future  complaints.
