Think about a human service program that you are familiar with.

· Briefly describe the program.

· Describe how a formative evaluation could have been helpful in the first few months/beginning stages of running this program.

· Which formative evaluation approach would provide the most useful information for this program? Explain.

· If you were asked to conduct a process evaluation for this program, identify what your goals would be for that evaluation. Why did you select those goals?

· Do online research to locate one good objective and one bad objective in a human services program? Explain why the one is good. Modify the bad objective so it becomes a good objective.
