After reading the Lane, St. Pierre, Lauterbach, & Koliatsos (2017) article (see attachment) paying particular attention to cases 1-4 in the Case Series section, discuss the potential link between traumatic brain injury and criminal behavior.

1.  What are the implications of a potential link between traumatic brain injury and criminal behavior? 

2. Summarize at least two additional scholarly articles that either lends further evidence towards or against the potential link between traumatic brain injury and criminal behavior.

3. Is incarceration for individuals with TBI an effective method of rehabilitation? Using 1-2 scholarly sources, make a concise but logical argument for or against incarceration of individuals who engage in criminal behaviors with a TBI.

4. Using 1-2 scholarly sources, in what ways could diversity variables (such as age, race, gender, etc.) affect how a person with a traumatic brain injury is treated within the criminal justice system?
