The purpose of this assignment is to understand the ongoing global issue regarding the U.S. government and Chinese company Huawei and have a broader perspective toward this issue as a potential global market manager.

A senior Chinese official has accused the United States of violating World Trade Organization (WTO) rules in its treatment of Chinese telecom giant Huawei. Please include the followings: 

1. As a team discuss how you think about this situation, determine if you agree with the senior Chinese official’s accusation (if you agree or not), and suggest how WTO can handle this situation (50%).
