For the Unit 1 Complete assignment, write a narrative essay (minimum of 1200 words) which addresses the questions and statements below.  When finished, the essay should demonstrate a thorough understanding of the READ and ATTEND sections.  A minimum of three scholarly sources are required, and all sources should be cited and referenced in APA format.  

Discuss the attributes that define a project. What is a project objective? Describe and list the main phases of a project life cycle. Why is it important to do a thorough and detailed job of needs identification? Discuss the importance to select the right project before you begin working? Discuss how a business selects which project to work on when there are numerous projects that could be completed. Discuss why building relationships internally and externally is important and how is this accomplished?
