Your goal is to select an image that represents your ideal leader and/or your personal theory of leadership. You will then reflect on your image to help you understand your expectations of leaders. For example, viewing leaders as facilitators presents a considerably different image from viewing them as parents.First, select an image that represents your ideal leader and/or your personal theory of leadership and share and describe it in your post.* Your description should include three parts:
