Trust in Groups

Trust is an important component to running a successful group. Members desire to hear others share in addition to having a safe place to share themselves. Trust in a group is the key component which creates such possibilities. After viewing the Evolution of a Group video, explore ideas that you saw help facilitate the establishment of trust within the group. What factors do you think are likely to lead to trust or distrust within a group setting? What do you see as the major barriers to developing trust in a group setting?
