The Simulation Assignment is worth 30% of your final grade. Your grade on the assignment will be divided between your Simulation completion (10 points) and a Reflection Paper (20 points).

Your Reflection Paper should be no less than 5 pages in length (NOT including your title page and reference page) with at least 3 supporting reference sources. The Reflection Paper should be written in standard APA style (APA 7th edition) Grammar, spelling and word usage are a part of your grade. All written assignments will be submitted to Turnitin to evaluate grammar and to check for plagiarism. Each assignment must be submitted in Microsoft Word and submitted through Moodle.

Reflection Prompts:

1. Did you take any time to diagnose and create a change plan before you began to act?  What were the consequences of your preparation, or lack thereof?

2. What seemed to work? What didn’t work as well?

3. What is your understanding as to why some of your lever pulls did not work?

4. What changes did you make to improve the results of your level pulls and your scenario results?

5. In which scenario did you achieve your best results? Your worst results? Why?

6. Research and discuss at least one change management theory. How did this theory align with the simulations?

7. Describe the ADKAR model for organizational change. How did it align with the simulations?

8. What are your thoughts on the value of the simulation learning experience?

9. What suggestions do you have for future classes?
