Decide whether you agree that the sociological theory of the glass ceiling is an actual or perceived barrier for women and minorities in today’s society. Cite at least one personal example (e.g., from your own career or someone you know) and research one example (e.g., court case) to support your claim of whether the glass ceiling is actual or perceived in today’s corporate environment.
