U3 Research Paper

InstructionsFor your final submission, you are to submit the  mini-research paper you   have been working on since Unit I. The mini-paper should  be 4 pages long,   double spaced, Times New Roman 12 pt. font, with appropriate  APA style   writing.  The mini-research paper must contain a minimum of four  scholarly   articles  surrounding your topic, answer your research question(s), or  support   points for  further research on the topic.

2. What perimeter and building controls (interior and exterior) are usually implemented?

3. How are human protection systems, alarm systems, and fire protection systems related?

4. What is personnel security? What is personnel integrity? How are personnel security and personnel integrity associated with protecting human assets?

5. What are the various components of the employee recruitment, selection, and retention processes? Why are they important to personnel security & integrity?

6. What is the difference between leadership and supervision or management?

7. How are needs and assumptions about behavior connected to leadership styles?

8. In what ways do human resource policies and procedures and employer-employee relation laws impact an organization’s ability to ensure personnel security and personnel integrity?
