Review Case 12-1, "Loren Inc.," on pages 354–358 of your Purchasing and Supply Management text.

Complete the following:

• Write a 3–4-page paper analyzing alternative suppliers and  recommending a supplier to provide hexonic acid. Address the following  points in your paper:      
  • Analyze the process Loren, Inc. used to select a new supplier.
  • Evaluate the suppliers to select the optimal supplier.
  • Analyze Loren's negotiation position as it goes through the supplier selection process.
