Assignment Details:

Discuss the basic elements of leadership as a theory, with practical applications to your career. Explain how your leadership style, principles, and foundational skills are related to leadership assessment instruments, using at least 4 assessments in an essay of 3–4 pages.

• Discuss how the basic elements of leadership as a theory can be applied to your career.
• Complete a minimum of 3 of the following assessment tools:
  • Jungian Types Test OR Jung Typology Test
  • Myers-Briggs Test
  • Hemispheric Dominance Inventory Test
  • Type A Personality Test
• Complete the assessment with candid answers. If possible, print off a report of your assessments.
• Then, in an essay of 3–4 pages, provide the following:
  • Summary of the assessments
  • Discussion of strengths and weaknesses of the leadership style as determined by the assessments
  • Support for your leadership style, principles, and foundational skills with at least 2 peer-reviewed articles
