• critiquing his or her thoughts on the potential appropriateness and sources of information for a needs assessment as part of a formal program evaluation; or
• analyzing your colleague’s thoughts on how choices of measures may affect the validity of a program evaluation.

Note: You are not required to respond to a colleague who is on the same evaluation team that you are on.
