1. Project Progress and Controls. How would a PM monitor project progress and how often should project progress be monitored, analyzed, communicated, and controlled? What are project controls, who defines them, who approves them, how are they used, and when are they used?

2. Project Corrective Actions.  What are corrective actions, how does the project manager know that corrective action is needed, how are the root causes of corrective actions determined, how is the effectiveness of a corrective action measured, and what happens if the necessary corrective action is not performed in a timely fashion?
