Two Page Narrative

Students are to write a two-page narrative that summarizes the arguments both in favor of and those opposed to the granting of public funds for the support of non-public schools. Please make sure you discuss education vouchers, tax credits, and charter schools. Please use at least 3 citations from outside sources.
